This raffle is run by GTES Complete Apprentice Management (ABN 31 002 921 995) located at 161 Hammond Avenue, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650, Australia.
1. Entry and Registration:
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.
1.2 Purchase of a raffle ticket is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 Entrants must complete their contact details in the section provided on the GTES website via QR code.
1.4 Incomplete entries will be ineligible. Complete entries will include a first and last name, an email address and a telephone number, at a minimum.
1.5 By entering the raffle, you agree to receive marketing emails from GTES Complete Apprentice Management Services, of which you can unsubscribe at any time.
1.6 Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased.
1.7 The drawing of the raffle is being conducted independently of all people associated with the conduct of the raffle, therefore GTES staff and members of their households are permitted to purchase tickets in the raffle.
1.8 Raffle ticket sales will commence on Tuesday 20th September 2022 and conclude on Thursday 22nd September 2022 at 2:30pm.
2. Raffle Draw Process:
2.1 The draw for the winners will take place on Thursday 22nd September during the last few hours of the Henty Machinery Field Days. Entrants need not be present to win.
2.2 Prizes will be drawn via a website that picks at random.
2.3 Winning entries will be drawn electronically through the online platform Namepicker.net, completely independent of GTES.
3. Winning Entries:
3.1 GTES reserves the right to request winners to show proof of identification suitable for verification prior to the release of prizes to winners.
3.2 All winners will be notified by phone and email by Thursday, 22nd September 2022, within 3 business days of the winners being drawn, and the winner’s details will be published on the GTES website on 23rd September 2022. A list of all prizes and winners will be displayed.
4. Fulfillment & Delivery/Collection of prizes:
4.1 GTES prize winners must collect their prize from the Henty Field Day GTES stall OR from 161 Hammond Avenue, Wagga Wagga NSW 2650 from 23rd September 2022 and consent to a photograph with GTES staff to be used for all GTES promotional purposes.
4.2 The prizes will be available to be collected from GTES Wagga Office within twenty-eight days of the draw. GTES will make all reasonable efforts – Social Media Posts, Website announcement, Phone and Email - to locate the winners.
4.3 In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not accept delivery of a prize at the time stipulated by GTES , then that prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.
4.4 If any prizes remain unclaimed for 3 months, GTES will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.
4.5 All entries become the property of GTES . GTES may use entrant information to contact you about news, events, and general information in relation to the organisation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to GTES at the address shown above.
5. General Conditions:
5.1 Prize and values are as follows:
5.1.1 Prize winner will receive:
- 1 x Pair of work boots, 1 x Brand New Akubra and 1 x Kings Big Daddy Deluxe Double Swag
Total value of prizes approx. $700.00. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of promoting. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
5.2 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
5.3 All images are for promotional purposes only.
5.4 If for any reason the raffle is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) tampering or any other causes beyond the control of GTES , which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of the raffle, GTES reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the raffle, subject to any direction given under state permit regulations.
5.5 In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; GTES may in its absolute discretion cancel the event and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to state legislation.
5.6 GTES reserves the right to disqualify any person who GTES has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or improper misconduct calculated to interfere with the fair and proper conduct of this Raffle. GTES ’s legal rights are reserved to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender.
5.7 GTES accepts no responsibility for any kind of loss, damage or liability suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or incurred by any of the prize-winners in relation to the prizes or the raffle, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The winners release GTES, their related bodies, corporate, affiliates, officers, agents and employees, from all liabilities, loss and damage of any kind arising at any time out of or in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or the promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, the released parties will not be liable for any injury, sickness or death, property loss or damage or other direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind, howsoever sustained or incurred, in connection with or arising out of the prizes.
