To be a successful you will ideally have/be:

  • Mechanically minded with a current driver’s licence;
  • Passion for vehicles and strong interest in mechanics (either working on your own car or friends cars etc)
  • Computer literate with strong literacy, numeracy skills and confidence; and
  • Able to take on a leadership role and ‘Lead by Example’ dealing with clients, colleagues and suppliers across new and pre loved vehicle ranges.

Skills and Attributes

The successful applicant will have:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage the client journey from the Front Desk through to servicing or sales completion;
  • Be motivated and reliable with demonstrated high problem-solving skills and initiative; and
  • A team player who is loyal, committed and honest.
