Group Training Services
As a group training company, GTES employ apprentices and trainees who are then placed within our clients' businesses.
This method of having apprentices and trainees brings a range of benefits for business owners/managers:

In addition, you save money as we take care of:

When you have a GTES apprentice or trainee you only pay for the time the person is on the job. GTES pay for apprentice's TAFE/RTO fees, annual leave, sick leave, public holidays etc. You also receive the benefit of government incentives that exist for employing an apprentice or trainee because, if eligible, GTES will pass most of them straight over to you when they are due, in full.
A GTES apprentice or trainee remains an employee of our company. That way you have no commitment to their employment; you do not pay payroll tax; you do not pay or have to worry about workers compensation insurance nor are there legal employment restrictions.
